As married to a pub owner i agree with you 100%, but we have 2 children. Conor was minding Grace and brining my mum back home as she had been done minding my kids, also it is very hard to get someone to work for you on po day, so i had to work. I would love to do po day but it just never works out that way. It wasnt being rude we just couldnt do it. To all Fiddlers staff maybe we can do it next year. I can only speak for ourselves. Apologies if you thought we were rude.

i would like to say well done to everyone on gala committee but a wee note to Patricia O'Neill (nee Murray) who spoke last year about her idea for town challenge and she joined the gala committee and went for it.. seen her idea through to the end .. well done!

well done to everyone involed with the gala!! great week!!! just one wee suggestion if i may??? i think that it should be in the rules that the owner of ALL bars should lead there people around with the po to each pub!!! i noticed that there was only one or to pub owners goin from pub to pub!! thought this a bit rude!after all this is about coming together!!! any ways well done again!!!!
